Chevrolet Equinox is a mid-size crossover SUV with a towing capacity of 3,500
lbs. Under the hood drivers will find a 2.4-liter direct injected 4-cylinder
engine that produces 182 hp and 172 lb-ft of torque. For increased performance
Chevrolet offers an optional 3.6-liter direct injected V6 that yields 292 hp and
258 lb-ft of torque. FWD is paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission enabling
the Equinox to achieve an EPA estimated 22 mpg city and 32 mpg highway. Features
include 19-inch wheels, heated leather seats, 8-way power adjustable front
seats, USB port, available rear seat entertainment system, Chevrolet MyLink, and
a power liftgate. Safety is comprised of advanced airbags, StabiliTrak,
Electronic Stability Control System (ESC), traction control system (TCS),
electronic brake force distribution (EBD), and anti-lock braking system (ABS).
The Equinox is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
